United Arab Emirates Blend - Heritage Coffee
Our coffee tradition begins with Amir’s family, tracing back to a recipe passed down from his grandmother’s mother, Nasib. For generations, this coffee has been prepared according to the Khaleeji way — traditionally brewed in a Dallah or Cezve pot and carefully blended with aromatic ingredients such as cardamom and other fragrant botanicals. The coffee is ground exceptionally fine, creating a distinctive brewing experience unlike conventional coffee. Our blend brings together carefully selected coffees from Africa and South America, creating a character that reflects both the richness of its origins and the heritage of the recipe itself. The exact proportions, preparation, and ingredients remain a closely guarded family secret. We intentionally do not reveal the complete recipe, because preserving this knowledge means protecting the legacy that was entrusted to our family. — For my Jadda, Nasib.
